Spencer is a chartered accountant (CPA, CA) with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University. Spencer has spent the last 9+ years working within the Hamilton community.

Spencer is an extremely well rounded business professional, with experience within public accounting at a Big 4 accounting firm, business valuation & transaction experience, as well as senior director leadership experience at one of Canada's fastest growing companies (3 years running, according to the Globe and Mail!).

This wealth of experience allows Spencer to derive Clever solutions to common and complex business problems - no matter what the root cause. Spencer is passionate about small businesses and helping entrepreneurs reach their potential.
